Where is the venue located?
N sur Mackay is located at 1244 Rue Mackay in downtown Montréal. It’s close to Guy-Concordia metro station and near several parking options.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 7:30 PM and the show starts at 8:00 PM sharp. Arriving early is recommended for good seating and bar time.
Is there food or drink available?
Yes. The bar offers cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Light snacks may be available depending on the night, but full meals are not served.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Only if the show is not sold out. Many shows sell out in advance, so we strongly recommend buying tickets online ahead of time.
How long is the show?
The show typically runs about 90 minutes.
Are seats reserved?
No. Seating is first come, first served. Arriving early gives you the best choice of seats.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Please no filming or flash photography during the show, out of respect for the performers. Photos before and after the show are welcome.
Is the venue cash-only?
No. Cards are accepted at the bar and for ticket purchases at the door, if available.
Is the show appropriate for all ages?
No. Comedy on Mackay is an 18+ show and may include adult themes and language.

How do I submit to perform at Comedy on Mackay?
All performer submissions go through the submission form on our website . We do not accept drop-ins, DMs, or in-person requests.
Important: The email address you use on the submission form will be the same email we use to send payment, when applicable. Please ensure it is accurate.
Do you accept drop-ins?
No. All performers must submit through the official submission form. This helps us keep booking organized and equitable.
How often do you review submissions?
Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to volume, we are unable to respond individually to every submission.
What kind of acts are you booking?
We book stand-up comedians at various stages of their careers. Lineups are curated based on show format, audience, and overall flow of the night.
Do you prioritize local or visiting comedians?
We prioritize Montréal-based comedians while reserving spots for visiting performers when availability allows.
Are performers paid?
Payment details, when applicable, are communicated directly to booked featured performers.
- Featured performers are paid via the email address used on the submission form and receive alcoholic drink tokens, as specified in their booking confirmation.
- Guest performers receive a complimentary blue token for a non-alcoholic beverage.
What time should I arrive for the show?
Please arrive 30–45 minutes before the scheduled 8:00 PM show start time unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
What are the venue rules?
We expect all performers to maintain professional, respectful behavior on and off stage.
- Comedy on Mackay prioritizes an inclusive, welcoming environment.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the lineup.
- Performers are encouraged to stay after their set to support the rest of the show and fellow comedians.
Will my set be recorded?
Comedy on Mackay shows may be recorded for internal, archival, or promotional purposes.
Full sets or individual clips are never posted publicly without the performer’s explicit permission. By performing, you acknowledge that recording may occur. Any public use of footage is subject to performer approval.
Can I hang out after my set?
Yes. Performers are encouraged to stay, support the lineup, and be part of the Comedy on Mackay community.
